It is my great pleasure to be the Headteacher of the Virtual School.  I work with dedicated colleagues in Education and Social Care who keep our children at the heart of all decision making. 

My background is predominantly in mainstream schools, inner-city, secondary education, in a variety of roles including Head of Faculty, Head of Year 7 and Senior Leadership where, amongst other things, I led whole school pastoral including Child Protection.

My vision for the Virtual School is that we enable our students to achieve their potential through diligent monitoring, evidence based interventions and effective training of our partners.  I am grateful to the Governors of the Virtual School who give enthusiastically their time, provide helpful challenge and welcome support.
