AfC Virtual School’s Very Own Radio Station

Welcome to your radio station — created by and for children in care. This is a space where your voice matters, your talents are celebrated, and you can connect with others across our Virtual School community.

We are proud to work with Neil Long, presenter of the Breakfast Show on Radio Jackie, who helps bring this exciting project to life.

📻 When to Listen

New shows broadcast every Wednesday from 6–7pm, with repeats throughout the week.
Tune in for a mix of music, stories, celebration, and fun.

We are applying for funding to hire an Apprentice — ideally a care-experienced young person with qualifications in Broadcast Media.
