Championing the opportunities for young people in the Richmond, Kingston, and Windsor and Maidenhead boroughs is the fundamental mission of the AfC Virtual College.

Our aim is to increase the opportunities available to Care Leavers. Whether through:

• Ring-fencing vacant job roles,

• Increasing access to funding, or

• Raising awareness of how others can offer support,

We are committed to building an attachment-aware community that cares deeply about those who have experienced trauma.

The AfC Executive Board

To help realise this vision, the AfC Executive Board has been established. Meeting three times a year, key members of the local community come together to explore ways to improve and support the experiences of young people who have been in Care.
